Rejection of 156(3) For compliance of 197 CRPC

Magistrate passed An Order with such Comments in a Case .. And Rejected my Application u/s 156(3) Crpc..
लोक सेवक के विरुद्ध 156 (3) वाद प्रस्तुत किया गया है वहां मजिस्ट्रेट को अपना विधिक मस्तिष्क का प्रयोग करना चाहिए और बिना अभियोजन चलाए जाने की विधिपूर्ण अनुमति के बिना प्रार्थना पत्र स्वीकार नहीं किया जाना चाहिए ,उनके पदीय कर्तव्यों के निर्वहन में किए गए कार्यों से क्षुब्ध होकर बिना किसी विधि पूर्ण अभियोजन स्वीकृति के संस्थित किया गया है |
kindly provide the Judgements/ Ruling of the Supreme Court on the Sec . 197 crpc / for No prior permission is Needed for Cognizance of offence Against public Servant...

 QR Codes only track the location of where it was scanned, along with the time, the number of scans, and the device used.

Actually the law clearly states that prior permission is needed. If you find some case law, please do let me know as well.

In order to prosecute a public servent prior permission is mandatory u/s 197 CrPC.

if there is no discharge of duty done , in good faith...and act Act is illegal , then 197 crpf permission is mandatory or not
