138 appeal

I AM ACCUSED AND FILED APPEAL AGAINST CONVICTION IN SESSIONS COURT. WE AGREED FOR COMPROMISE WITH COMPLAINANT ON PREVIOUS DATE BUT TODAY COMPLAINANT REFUSED TO ACCEPT PAYMENT. UNFORTUNATELY SINCE WE EXPECTED COMPROMISE THE 20% COMPENSATION AMOUNT COULD NOT BE PAID. NOW I WAANT TO PAY COMPENSATION AMOUNT 20% AS PER COURT ORDER BUT MY LAWYER SAYS WE HAVE TO FILE FRESH APPLICATION. COULD THERE BE ANY ISSUE WITH THE PAYMENT OF 20% AMOUNT AS PREVIOUSLY DIRECTED BY COURT? CASE IS IN MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA.
