Mediation center for self referred cases - is dispute document permissible in court ?

There is a family dispute which we want to settle using mediation but the other party seems reluctant. I was wondering if the document detailing my dispute if filed in mediation, be used in court as a final document of my story ? I understand that any statement during dispute cannot be used in court. My question is what about the dispute itself ?  Should that be well detailed  covering all aspects , while filing the dispute so that if mediation fails, the same dispute document be used in court ? or is the dispute document itself also not permissible or be modified later/?

The mediation process or the statements or documents produced before mediation center are not maintainable in the court if the mediation fails and the case is reverted to regular court.

Then you may have to conduct the case in the court as per procedures of law.
