If in the recruitment notification regarding recruitment of staff published by the State Government, only graduate candidates are sought(Recruitment Educational Eligibility criteria- Only Graduate). If the applicant has more than a bachelor's degree, only a bachelor's degree marks will be accepted in the recruitment.

Is there any such Supreme Court or High Court judgment? if yes, please give me judgement reference. Please its very urgent

First you apply if they reject then legal consequence arises.

The provision is just and fair. As such, there is no relevance in searching for Court Judgments.

YOu cannot challenge after appearing in the selection process. You need to challenge before appearing.

If policy is defined and appear it proves you have accepted the policy and later you cannot challenge normally and lot of judgements are there.

But defining guidelines is the matter of recruiter for fair selection and if you feel it is not fairly designed you should challenge it before appearing in the process.

Regards,
