Taking photo or video without permission

Can someone take your photo or video without your consent while you are in your private property ?,Can I legally stop him ? Is there any legal provision dealing with It ?Can a police officer do that if it is not part of any investigation or his duty ?,After all Supreme Court had said that right to privacy is a fundamental right

Do you have any proof that someone is taking a photo or video of you?  If so complain in PS concerned.

It is tress pass of the documents, file a police / private complaint.

It would be better to contact, consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for analysing of facts / documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding in appropriate Court.
