Procedure after filing 156(3) complaint petition

Respected learned members,

One 156(3) complaint case had been filed through the mode of E-Filing in a magistrate's court in September month. Now whats the procedure to get it for further movement in court. Does it requires to serve a copy of complaint to public prosecutor of the court also?

Can we file a memo praying the court to takeup the case for hearing ?

please let me know the procedure to get the numbered.

thanks in advance.

What is the complaint about and where is the case filed for consideration ?

It would be appropriate to contact, consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for analysing facts/ documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding, if there is some truth in the post.

Prima facie it is an academic topic for debate and/or time pass question.

Its not an academic query sir. As the E-Filing mode is new for magistrate court. I want to find out answers for the following queries.

1) Do we have to provide a copy of 156(3) complaint to public prosecutor ?

2) Do we have to file a memo praying the court to conduct hearing?

sir, E-filing number has been generated automatically through online. And the hard copy of the 156(3) petition also submitted in the concerned court  ( by dropping in the box provided magistrate court due to corona guidelines).

E-Filing done in 2 nd week of september

and hardcopy submitted in 2 nd week of October.

Still no CC number has generated for the 156(3) complaint & also no hearing called
