Trust 12AA enrolment

Registration for Trust 12AA enrolment at @ incometaxindia is allowable without SECTION_8 MCA REGISTRATION ?

Ji, I opine, without section 8 of IT Act, Sec. Registration of Trust u/sec.12AA not allowed.  However it is better to consult a local CA or query in CAclubindia.
