Ipc 506 and 509

Dear Sirs,

One of lady wedding planner (Amrita Kar from Passion Events/ QVI events and Poorishadi.com)  has filed a FIR under IPC section 506 and 509 in shakarpur police station. She was failed to arrange marriage event successfully and to avoid any incident she absconded from the event and used filthy language to my son-in-law over the phone. My son-in-law got frustrated and he threatens her for murder and rape. Amrita Kar then recorded his voice and went to police station for filing the complaint. This case is in Shakurpur police station.

Now can anyone advise me how this case will be sorted out?  I am finding a good advocate too to resolve this case.

Instead your son should have recorded her filty language and remained calm than to threat in heat of moment with dire consequences with rape, murder…….

Young man could have controlled his temperament.

Your relatives, well wishers, colleagues, employee’s/trade unions leaders, DBA officials etc etc can also guide you to a very able local counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in criminal matters.

You can also inquire at local courts complex, HC, SC…..,

Gather evidence of loss that you suffered and press her company.

It is felt that in her sub conscious mind she may have underlined concern  of damages from your side, bad publicity, loss of face, employment etc etc .

Some possibilities might emerge.

Let your own counsel opine and advise you after examining your inputs.

There are endless numbers of threads at LCI also by querist that have been fleeced at LCI.

Dear Mr. Sharma ,

You still have the right to file a case against her if you have proof or evidence that she cheated you and made you incurr losses.

No doubt your son -in-law has committed a crime as women are most higly respected in the society and instead of losing control and threatening this lady he should have appraoched the police. Please consult your lawyer for further advice.
