Is this society registered under (Name of your state) Shops and Commercial Establishments Act?

If yes look into it.It may have a clause on issuance of appointment letter.

You are in which state?

Does society have an office at your location?

Redg. of the society is in which state?

Salary slip usually have details of days worked, wages earned, commissions/incentives etc?

The amount paid is reflected under which head?

Have you ever resisted in writing under acknowledgment?

You are with a wrong employer.

Better change and be  some establishment with good HR practices.

You have not replied to:

(You shall agree that we can not find it.Hence you shall need to inform it. )

If the society is redg. under Bombay Shops and Commercial Establishments Act then you may go thru this Act and rules framed under it.

If the service conditions in your society are to be governed by this Act then it should be referred to.
