Please attached the copy of UP Apartment Amendment Act 2016. Its section 1(2) mandates “It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.” It is a matter of fact that the State Government has, till today i.e. 25-11-16, not fixed / appointed any date for the enforcement of the UP Apartment Amendment Act 2016. In the light of aforesaid fact, it can safely be said that UP Apartment Act 2010 has not been amended till today i.e. 25-11-16 #pdf
