Damodar Valley Corporation Act,1948

Act No : 14

Section : Short title, extent and commencement.

1. Short title, extent and commencement. (2) This Act may be called the Damodar Valley Corporation Act, 1948. (2) It extends to the States of Bihar and West Bengal. (3) It shall come into force on such date 1* as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
