Unauthorized constructions have become big menace and the officials throw the rules to winds; rather work hand in glove with builders and politicians extend their shoulders to such builder. All this in the name of money. I am one such victim who fought against a builder in a consumer forum even went in appeal. In both stages including State Commission of Andhra Pradesh that matter is to be dealt before civil court. The State commission despite a clear High Court judgment that builder cannot seek alternation of plan once submitted without consent of flat purchser had dismissed the complaint. The judiciary also had funny ways to deal with citizens grievance - I am told about after about 9 years of struggle. I am commner, I could not carry on the fight further. I wish the our High Court will come forward and put their foot down on the greedy and errant builders.
