Land bill is a farce to cheat the poor ordinary farmers is in substance. Ramesh is not a great political thinker, nor any politician today that every citizen need to realize!

one needs to know art.368 really does not empower parliament to alter the basic structure of the constitution is the real essence none could disagree under any great public policy ideas after all public policy is now not governed by so called 'eminent domain' after all US also bowed to the public pressure 'private property ' could not be taken by so called eminent domain except in the case of national security or defence reasons, one needs to understand please!

THERE IS NO MORE EMINENT DOMAIN THEORY AFTER ALL INDIAN CONSTITUTION HAS ALL IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTICS OF AMERICAN CONSTITUTION , THAT WAY UNDER SO CALLED PUBLIC POLICY, YOU CANNOT EVER TAKE AWAY THE PROPERTY RIGHTS, AS HON S C HELD IN GOLAKNATH CASE HOM COURT COULD USE ART 13 THOUGH YOU ABRIDGED BY A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT THAT WAY PRESUME HON S C WOULD REVIVE ART 31 TOO MY DEAR RAMESHJI!

this idea was in 16th century England and all lands with Dukes Lords, why very Kings while they leased them at exorbitant rates of kind of tenancy of lease with perpetual earns for the land lord, such 16th century idea is now by the so called democratic governance that way we have a great audacious governance!
