Appointment of Judges at Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Jarat Kumar Jain, Shri Justice Sushil Kumar Palo, Miss Justice Vandana Kasrekar, Shri Justice Rajendra Mahajan, Shri Justice Chandrahas Sirpurkar, Additional Judges of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, to be Judges of the Madhya Pradesh High Court with effect from the they assume charge of their offices. 

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Sushil Kumar Gupta, to be an Additional Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, with effect from 28th February, 2016 till 11th May, 2016. 

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Alok Verma, to be an Additional Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, with effect from 30th June, 2016 till 27th November, 2017. 

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Amitav Kumar Gupta, Additional Judge of the Jharkhand High Court, to be a Judge of the Jharkhand High Court with effect from the he assumes charge of his offices.
