Justice Jagdish Bhalla of Rajasthan High Court has been named once again in curruption. The Rajasthan High Court Bar has lavelled curruption charges against Shri Bhalla in Appointment of Direct recruitment of ADJs in rajasthan. Varrious Bar association including Jaipur High Court Bar, Jaipur Bar, Kota, Jodhpur, Tonk, Bikaner has called for work suspend against the said curruption. Advocates in rajasthan high court set on a agitation today, and the work has been suspended for last 2 days. Mahapadav of advocates of rajasthan has also been called for and Bar Counsil of Rajasthan is also suppoting the agitation.
Dr. Mahesh Sharma, the president of the agitation commettee said that a memorundum in this regard has been submitted to the Law Minister of India, CJI and President of India. It is also pertinent to mention here that earlier when Shri Bhalla was the Judge of Kerala High Court, and UP High Court, curruption charges was also made against him. It was alleged that shri Bhalla purchased a land about 700 Sq. Yards in NOIDA for a total consideration of Rs. 7 Lacs, though the Market value of the land was about 7 Carore Rs.
Meanwhile the judicial work is totally suspended in various districts as well as high court bench jaipur, and principle Seat at Jodhpur.
