National Green Tribunal for Environment issue

India launched the NATIONAL GREEN TRIBUNAL FOR ENVIRONMENT ISSUE on 19/10/10

Under the former judge Lokeshwer singh panta assumed charge as chairperson of the tribunal set up by parliament act , consists of members who are experts in the field of environmental & related sciences , now  india become 3^rd nation after Australia & new Zealand to have special couts for environment issues .

Tribunal will have total 20 members 10 from judiciary 10 from environment field to start with  4 regional branches function in circuit mode that give mobility & can hear case s beyond their original location of jurisdiction .

All exists cases have been transferred to new body  . ………………….aman kumar
