Which documents are needed to register business?

Dear Sir, I want to know which documents are needed to register business? I'm going to open 2 small business of different category in my farm. So these 2 business required single registration or two different? Is it possible to register them under same company? Please reply ASAP

If you want to be a sole propritor then you have to obtain permission from sales tax department/commercial tax department. if you want to run a Firm, it requires minimum two partners and the partnership deed shall be got drafted by a CA or an advocate who have knowledge in the field. the registration of Firm is optional.
