web copy of Judgement Order

I am buying a land in Tamilnadu. The owner has given me documents for legal verification.
These include the Web Copy of
a Madras High Court Judgement Order in his favour in a civil case.
I verified it with High Court website and found it OK.
Now can I proceed with this Web Copy, or should I ask for for copy signed by Judge ?

may take help of local eminent advocate for scrutiny of documents

Web copy is sufficient for reference and for further proceedings. For documentation purposes, certified copy to be obtained. Verify whether the said Judgment is under challenge or not.
