Various type/ stage of fees in ipr civil case?

one of the company had file a IPR civil case on my shop(in mumbai) in delhi high court. I want to hire civil lawyer but due to huge gap in fees of lawyer. i came to know about reading and case filing charges and then hearing charges. can anybody guide me what to ask lawyer abt his fees in various stage of cases.  the plantiff  is claiming in $$ which is 4+ cr inr on me.
