Unregistered will

My dad passed away 3 years back leaving behing my mom,myself and 2 sisters.He has written a will for his house for 2 sisters which is signed by two witness.Now I saw the building demolished. I have not signed anywhere so far.I have not been informed about this atall.Can i contest this.

Until a year back EC was in my fathers name only.

Has the WILL been executed/acted upon?

Has the WILL been probated?

The property is at which location?

Which personal law applies to deceased owner e.g; HIndu Succession laws?

 

Your objection and query is pertaining to what: WILL or demolition of building?

Unfortunately if the building has been demolished , it is a case kf ademption and hence the will ceases to have effect in case the property with respect to which it was prepared has been destroyed . However if it is the demolition which is sought to be challenged , then the best option is to file a case through the persons who have been given the property through the will
