Unregistered sale of land

My Father (A) purchased a RESIDENTIAL PLOT in 1975 from Seller (B) in Hsg-Socirty (C).

He paid the 100% money however the SALE was NOT REGISTERED.

The only FORMAL document  indicating that the SELLER has sold the PLOT is

1.---- A LETTER by SELLER (B) to SOCIETY (C) requesting for TRANSFER of SHARES to (A)

2.---- A LETTER by SELLER (B) to Corporation requesting for TRANSFER of NAME to (A)

THE seller (B) died LAST YEAR.

What are our options in following case :

a.----- if the LR's of Seller (B) come to claim the PLOT

b.----- Create LEGAL documents of Ownership on said Plot

Thanks Mr.Chary,

U mean to say that LR's of Seller (B) can come to claim the PLOT ?

How can we DEFEND in view of Point-1 and Point-2 ?

Does it not have any RELEVANCE
