My grandfather had executed an partition and my father got a property as his share. But partition deed has not been registered. Now after my father death i got this property as my share by partition deed through my brother, my sister and me and this partition deed is registered thus these is hold as per law

Once the partition deed is registered on your name by all other share holders duly giving their consent in accordance with law for this purpose, it is legally valid.
