unintentional suppression of information at the time of application for PSU

Sir, i unknowinly didnt mention the criminal proceedings against me since it had not come to trial for almost three years. Now i am in interview stage of recruitement... What can i do to change my fate.. I was chargesheeted with 153a. Is there any possible route.. I am totally devastated..

Dear querist,

Check with terms and conditions of your employer about the failure to dissolve of information.

 

If they have clear policy that they don’t recruit person with criminal case pending than it will be difficult for you all though this against the law.
