To register sale deed for a agricultural land from court

Hi Sir/Madam,

   My father purchased a agricultural land from Kuruba caste @ Bellary district,  by way of agreement and my father got court decree in his name only  in March 2004 for doing a registered sale deed.  Later my father got documents like "Patta", "Phani", "Mutation", from government officials, but he forgot to make a "Registered sale deed" from the court commissioner @ our native place registered office, Bellary. 

So, now my question is - How many days  it will take and what is the procedure to make a registered sale deed  from the court commissioner @ our native place registered office? 

Please advise me as soon as possible.
