Signing will as witness

One of my friend wants to do Will of his house to his children. He wants me to sign the will as a witness.I am not familiar with the process. Can you kindly guide that what should I keep in mind or what points (in the Will draft) I should check before signing. What are the risks involved? I know him well but still I am afraid that I should not get involved in any litigation in future. Kindly advise. regards

you can go ahead as you are signing only as a witness to the will.i dont foresee any problem

You may be called to testify in court in case the will is made subject matter in a probate petition or any other civil or criminal Dispute
