Sale of unregistered property

Hi 

I have a property in NCR which is not registered in my name and the builder is absconding. 

1) I want to know how can i get this property registered in my name now.

2) what is the process of selling the unregistered property in this scenario.

U need to pay stamp dury & registration fee at SRO office.

Once u make sale deed u become legal owner of that property and have exclusive right of that property. After registered agreement u can sold it .

Hi 

Since Builder is absconding. Can I go directly to SRO office and without builder availability get the registeration in my name.

Without seller how would you get the sale deed registered!

You have posted that the builder is absconding.

Check with SRO.
