SIr,
My self Nithin Prakash Last 5 years back i married Bindhu Till now we are not registered, Is there any issue for not registered. Why i am asking this now our family is asking to marry her again for legally. But in her side all proof are mentioned my name, W/o of Nithin. If I want to register her how is it possible? Let me know the solution.

If you want to register your marriage now then you should approach Sub Register office of the area where marriage was solemnized.
After completing legal formalities and mentioning the reason for not registering marriage before your marriage will registers don’t worry.
