Registering docuemnts

I have given an amount  on some interest that he need to pay me monthly for 6 months.

I have also made a agreement on stamp paper, and both have signed. But it was not registered with registrar.

Now, the person is not paying my money as per the agreement.

What legal rights i have here.

You can not claim any money given on interest other wise action will be initiated against you for illegal money lending. If you have any other evidence than you can claim basic money without interest through a civil suit for money claim.

If you have No other evidence please be political and with  the help of common friends get a cheque for the amount payable for  a future date. Even be ready to take number of cheques for small small amounts totalling your complete dues for future date or dates.

Otherwise no hope what so  ever even though  some body may suggest you here or anywhere else to the contrary.
