I'm opening a new Proprietorship Firm which will be trading in immitation jewellery w.e.f. 1st April 2012. Please let me know how to go about registering the same under Bombay Shops & Establishment Act.
What about the forms? Can they be downloaded or will I have to physically get them from the BMC office of my area?
