The property is ancestral or self acquired?

No! The ancestral property can't be disposed off by will without the no objection acceded by the brothers with respect to the proportion of the same held by them. If they approve such alienation, it's then only the will be executable or given effect thereto.

1.  While partially agreeing with Shri Rohit Sahu,  "ancestral property"  cannot be disposed off on the basis of any will, without considering "equal share ratio of ancestral property", to the legal heirs /beneficiaries of the ancestral tree.

2.  The simple viable alternative is to "duly" execute a "Family Settlement Deed" with appropriate clauses and dispose of the "ancestral property" in "mutually agreed proportions" between the legal heirs.

If father is alive, prefer registered family agreement.
