My mother elder sister having property in chennai She made registered will for his property because his dont have any children.in that will i am one of share holder .Inthat property was earned by her husband grant father.Now property her husband name only.and her husband died on 1983. so far name transfer not done. My question is iam eligible person get share in that property because my uncle got two younger sister and these sister are no more but they having Sons one of the sister son is another share holder of mentioned property. Let me know She got any authority to written will because Property not earned in his husband.was earned by his father. other sister sons make legal issue to that property what is way to get my share without any legal issue. that is without approache court
