registered will

My house in which we are living is located in meerganj dist bareilly and we are living here for the past 45 years all house tax, property tax, electricity billl are in my father name However this property is in my grandmother name. She was living in delhi before death and registered a wlll of house in favour of my uncle in delhi court. Now this registered will in delhi is valid in uttar pradesh also Please respond

Thanks for responding However I have heard from some advocates they told me the property is in bareilly therefore registered will in bareilly jurisdiction would be valid. There is no adverse possession in our favour. ... Please respond

Will deed and power of attorney,these two documents are written where the writer resides and your grand mother was living in Delhi so will deed of your grand mother is absolutely valid.
