Registeration of site under case / stay order

Hi All,

My father had purchased / registered a site in Bangalore in 2011 from Uncle's friend.
Now we got to know that there is case (OS) on the survey no of that site.
Please let me know whether is it allowed to sell a property under Case (stay oder).
Can we put a case on Seller or on agent (mediator) ?

Can Sub Registrar can register a site if the site is under case ??

1. You Cannot sell a site when a case is pending on that site.

2. yes you can put a case on the broker

3. sub register can register the propoerty, provided there is no stay order issued by the civil court. or if he is unaware of the civil suit is pending.
