Dear Sir,
In Hindu marriege Act Sec-7(2) provide that bride and bridegroom jointly taking seven step on the scared fired than the marriege was completed yet in Gujarat If we want to register marriege than Authority ask the priest certificate,What they can aks priest certificate. Without priest the marriege was not complete.

Pl note they have asked for signature of priest and not for certificate of priest. So, there is no need of certificate of priest. His singature and signatures of witnesses will suffice.
