my name is m.venkatarao. in 1956 my big mother is register to me gift deed with life intrest. 10.00 acres but she sold 4 acre land in 1988. i dont know she is selling. then 1 buyer also selled 2004 on the 4 acre land.and 2 buyyer has sold 2008 that 4 acre land.and 3rd buyyer sold 2013 to new buyer 2012 my big mother died. tell me i have rights on the 4 acres land?? plz telme sir.
