Dear Sir,
I am working in BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LIMITED (PUBLIC SECTOR COMPANY) as an assistant engineer posted at construction site.
Here at site, everyone comes at 9.00 am & left the office at 7.00pm. Thus we spent 10 hours at site plus travelling time ( 0.5 hour to 02 hours, depending upon distance of site from residence provided by company).
Total spent time is approx 10.30 hrs. to 12 hrs. daily.
For this excess time company is neither paying money nor giving off.
How we can get money / off against this extra time.
