Whether initial resistance by sisterin law amounst to rape?

I have read one text in which the husband made se**** relationship with sisterin law. In that story , the husband in the absence of her wife forces sister in law to some extent and sisterin law resists but lighly and thereafter both enjoy the *** . Therafter, his sisterin law threatened for rape . The contention of the husband there has not been any resistanace whicjh has been declined by saying that there was initial resistance which is sufficient to nail down him

The question is whether such initial amounts to rape?

If this is by mutal consent., This is not amounting to Rape. But of there was a Resistance, then it is amounting to Rape. However Ethically this is not right as the person is cheating both his wife and his sister in law.

Initial resistant amounts to rape. It cannot be treated as consent.

Before starting the rape, let us suppose the rapist threatens to kill the victim,or her dad or her mum, etc. if she does not agree to sacrifice her body for his lust.

In that situation the woman may agree to get raped,to save her own/parents' life.

After the rape if she immediately decides to go to police, how will she prove the rape,as there was no resistance, hence no injury marks/bleeding?
