What to do after income tax evasion final report?

My TEP came to final stage, Income Tax is going to give me final report about the alleged Dowry transaction as false. What to do next, can i go for quashing or file counter cases or what else, Please advise

Tell us how much time it took for the whole TEP process, and after how many days IT have issued the notice to beloved Inlaws.

it has taken almost 8 months for them to send Notice. I keep on buzzing them with RTI's then only they responded, Better you check with the below link , where you get the CIC decisions of Tax evasion petition should be decided within 3 months, Attach them to your RTI in First Appeal and ask for the immediate enquiry. if no reponse approach high court on income tax authorities to decide the TEP immediately. Dont go to CIC for second appeal, which will take another year for deciding.
