Document shall be required of what do you want to partition. Consent of other members. Years of time would depend on the merits of your case; what kind of cooperation you can solicit from the affected parties. It would be much easier if they are equally interested and willing. But nothing less than a couple of years in the lower court, even if you have the most favoured circumstances to your help.
