Very URGENT Query

Hi,

I have a very important query:

I have defaulted loans since the last 8 months as I lost my job but since I have changed houses, I have not informed the banks so far.

So, i dont know whether they have sent any legal notices on my name.My question is: I would like to join my husband in the UK but i want to know if the UK consulate will be able to find out about my Default Loans and will that cause a problem when i apply.

Note: I am not sure whether any leagl notice has been sent.

Please reply urgently.

In all earnestness approach the bank and repay the loan due by you. Your husband is in UK and one should presume that he is employed and well off. Instead of inviting problems later on it is better you pay the bank immediately.

Any legal advise in your favour would amount to helping you to cheat the bank.
