Very urgent

plzzzzz help me ...i need help ..MY HUSBAND is aaplying for new passport ..may b i feel coz i made a complaint gainst him in australia so i feel wid new passport he wud hav noting written or mentioned in d passport ..he is a free man der as i was nt presnt der to fight my case..so may b he needs a fresh n new passport so dt he can fool anothr gel n move from dis country 2 another he wanted 2 go 2 canada or nz may b ..so plzz help ..wat sud i do 2 help miself n stop him from getting new passport ..plzzzzz help ..its urgent ..

ps- i kno many ppl who wud b high on sumting wud coomnt oh y 2 punish oh so der nice brother suffering dowry act (wtver section) i wud MENTION ONLY FOR THEIR KNOWLEDGE DT DIS MAN HE USED 2 ABUSE ME ..I HAVE ALL D PROOF. HE HAS CALLED HIS MOTHER A WHORE N FATHER A PIMP ETC..(SUM OF D XAMPLE) AND AGREED IN D CONVERSATION OF HAVING ALL MI JEWLLERY SO M INNOCENT N M FIGHTING A TRUE BATTLE BT I FEEL D JUSTICE SYSTEM IS TOO LAME IN INDIA..

der is nothing happening in my case..HE CALLE DME AGAIN N SAID I CAN DO NOTHING 2 HIM AND HE WUD NVER RETURN 2 INDIA...N HE WONT GIVE ME DIVORCE 2 N WUD MAKE SURE MI LIFE IS HELL

SO PLZZZZ ANYONE , EVREYONE HELP ME..

I REALLY DO NOT WANT DT HE SUD GET NEW N FRESH PASSPORT N HAVE NO PROOF OF ANY WRONG DOINGS N ESCAPE EVERYTHING N I M DENIED OF JUSTICE N HE SPOILS ANOTHER GRLS LIFE..

WHAT CASE YOU HAVE FILED? HAVE YOU FILED CASE UNDER 498A?

Your sole missions seems to stop this person from going away from India. If so, then you can approach court provided there is any criminal proceeding pending against your husband.

Also point of importance is that, have you given him divorce? And have you filed any case against him? If yes, then maximum you can do is bring this person before the court and seek appropriate action.

Certainly, you post does not throw light, as why he should be restrained from leaving the courtry, about your divorce with him (if any), cruelity against, any criminal case filed by you against him. If you clear these points, we can certainly help you.

Madam, where do u stay, in which state, whats the criminal case u have filed. Give a representation to the passport authority stating criminal case is pending aginst him, by this u can restrain his movement from India. Feel free to mail me to my id mohansreddyhr@yahoo.com or call me on 9743829233
