Hi,
There was a cheque return false case againbst me and i have provided all documens to my advocate for quashing and paid the charges of advocate including other fees,
I got a call from the advocate that the matter has been quashed from Hon. High Court, then he is demanding me a for an amount which is more than the return cheque amount.
the amounbt is required for collecting the high ourt order copies etc... according to his statement.
Can any expert help me that, is there such procidure that we have to pay for collecting our order copy from the court, which amount is more than or equal to the return cheque amount. if so then why the accused go for a case, (please correct me if i am wrong)
The advocate is not ready to provide me any documents.
I have to pay him first then he wil collect the documents from high court he is saying.
please help me what what shall i do now.
