Dear Jitender,  Please log into www.patentoffice.nic.in.  Enter into Trademarks section, whereby the manual for procedure and practice is available.  Read through it as to how to file the applications.  Please also look into the bareact of  Trade mark Act, 1999 and Rules. In the end, Forms will be available. Read through it and things will be clear.

Dear Mr.Jitender,

Form T.M 1 is application for trademark.  You can file on-line application and  also you can  submit appliction to the Registrar or Trade Mark of your area/region.  The address and other general informations are available in the web-site mentioned in the answer.

Please take the classification of goods and serivice and select you class.  The fee for filing single application for a class is at present Rs.2,500/- If you are interested to file  applications for more classes, you can choose multiple applicaiton.  All the details are available in the website.  Along with Trade Application in Form TM1, you have to file a seperate sheet generally called Additional Representation.  If you are directly sending appliciton to the Registrar of your area/ region, for your convenient,  please put 7 copies of additional representations and three copies of TM1. You have to paste the name and label of your mark in Form TM1 and in the additional represetation.

After filing TM 1, an application number will be alloted within a period of 2 to 5 weeks.  The prgress of registraion can be verified using the applicaiton number in the web-site.

Regards,

Rema.

Yes you can file TM-1 offline. To start for the process, you will have take hard copies of Form TM-1 available on the internet on ipindia.nic.in. TM-1 has the two parts, 1 will be the TM-1 form and the 2nd part will be the representation copy. The TM-1 is to be filed in triplicate duly signed and stamped whereas, the representation copy has to be filed in 5 copies duly signed and stamped. The entire set can then be submiited in the Trade Marks registry (Antopp Hill) along with a form fee of Rs. 2500/- for one application. Do not forget to get a receipt after submission of the TM-1. After 3 - 4 weeks your mark will be alloted a representation no. after which it gets advertised in the journal copy.
