Please give your advice.
I am suffering with False false allegation from wife & her relatives.
She file Case 498a IPC, DP Act 3 & 4; Case Cr. PC 125; DV act and U/s HMA 13, 24.
I did not file a single case against them.
Case u/s 125Cr. Pc. & DV Act. both are dismissed by Ld. Judge because she unable to prove any occurrence of misbehavior from me also insufficient documents and her attitude in front of Judge
Recently she & her mother threaten & abusing me in court area, I lodge a general diary in Police station.
What kind of action now I can taken against them.
My Lawyers always pressuring me for compromise but I am not interested because they files cases & point of allegation all are 100% false; therefore I need your good advice. Please help me to overcome from peculiar situation of my life.
