Threat from mobile company for due bill

There was irregularities on dispatching of mobile Bills and Billing agent falsely made signature and inform the mobile company bill was delivered. Due to that one year earlier one exorbitant Bill amounted to Rs8000/- came. The subscriber did not paid the bill and mobile was disconnected . Six month earlier one legal notice was issued by the mobile company that they will take legal action if the Bill is not paid. The subscriber had asked his lawyer to reply the legal notice and ready to pay on installment basis but he is not sure whether his lawyer replied yet or not as the said lawyer did not provide him Postal receipt/ AD even after several request. Now again one of the Agent of Mobile company informed that the company is going to take action and warrant will be issue. So, my question is that what should the subscriber do now, can the company take criminal action straightly, if so under which section of IPC case will be registered? What will the Jurisdiction? Can it solved under LokAdalat.

co., cannot initiate any criminal proceedings, because it is civil nature case.  Co., has to file suit for recovery of due amount.

first of all the matter will have beenn with the recovery department of the company, you can approch the company and enquirefor the department you may write a letter to the head of recovery department and tell them you are ready to pay.

or

you may aproch for negotiation
