Termination of a non-workman

Hi!

I'm a french student, and i have a right a thesis to compare the french system and the indian system!

I have a question I can not find the answer, if you can help me...

I want to know the rules for termination of a non-workman. For example, is there a notice? Should there be a justification?

i agree with Dr.., when someone asks a question it should be clear and also specific. then only they can get correct answers.
