sole proprietorship registration

Depending on the nature of the business... if it is a shop, the local administration ie., the municipality or corporation gives a licence and if a trading business, the sales tax registration and if a factory the licence of DIC - enough.  There is no prescribed registration for sole proprietory business.  But anyway check the local laws pertaining to your state.
