Second marriage with married woman

can i do second marriage without devorcing my first wife both are dependent on me the second girl is also married but she wants to marry me we both are ready to do that what is the legal process for that.& in which casts its allowed to that. if i do the second marriage after her divorce with his husband.can any one from my first wife give complaint about me in police ,or can i get any punishment in law if any one complaint it

1. It is not possible to do the second marriage without giving the devorce.

2. Applied for the devorce with the help of local lawyer in court.

3. Your's first wife have the right to filed the complaint againt you & you can face the punishment under the jurdication of law.

Since you asked which caste allow this, let me say this.

First off, you'll have to divorce your wife formally through legal procedure. Same thing has to be done by the other woman whom you want to marry. All three of you have to convert to Islam, at least on paper. Then you can marry both.

The other alternative, second woman has to divorce and start living with you as a mistress (i.e., no formal marriage).

But as some one said, this is playing with fire.

If u do such marriage, after death you will go to hell and will easily endure the experience and punishment there!!! Because, you will have all hell experience in this life itself!!!
