one of friend is muslim and got married according to their law. Now his wife is trying to file FIR against him for dowry, matter is under counseling . My questions are -1) can he divorse her acccording to muslim law . 2) does sec- 498 is applicable after divorse.

search "save indian family" on google.com and attend local weekly meetings. You will get both moral and legal support as it is very difficult to advise in few lines.

Thanks a lot rajeev sir, now my friend has got cliean chit in police counselling report . suggest me now what step is favourable for him. should he divorse her immediately. will it be suitable in this condition.
