its a bit lengthy judgment but quite useful....both for lawyers and those who are aspiring to be judicial officers :)

It is a land mark judgement. but many incapable judges of lower judiciary do not understand the line & length and observation given in that judgement.

if you carefully read the judgment, since the passing of Gurbaksh Singh Sibia's judgment, the lower courts and High Courts still kept on relying upon wrong law...

 

even though the Sibia's judgment was a Constitutional Bench judgment :)
